Hypnotherapy is a wonderful process whereby using relaxation techniques we can really allow ourselves to focus on what is needed to make positive changes. Hypnosis and self talk is something we do every day, whether that be simply day dreaming (which is a form of hypnosis) or the way we filter events around us.
